Save the Date - Youth Scouting Awards Mass

Calling all scouts - Come explore the lives of Elizabeth and Zacharias! The Catholic Committee on Scouting is holding a 

Catholic Identity Patch Program on March 28 from 12-2PM at Our Lady of Lourdes in Worcester.This program is open to boys/girls in grades 1-12 for a fee of $4 and a donation to benefit Problem Pregnancy (diapers, bottles, pacifiers, baby soaps/lotions or toiletries for new moms) . Bring your friends - you do not need to be a scout to attend! To register - contact Amy Donahue at

Attention all Catholic Scouts & Leaders in the Worcester Diocese:


Any scout actively working on their Catholic religious emblem award needs to submit their completed workbook forms by 3/15/15 to the Diocese of Worcester.  Checks for $15 should be included with the form (paid for by either the scout’s home parish or scout’s unit) made out to the RC Bishop of Worcester.  Completed forms and checks should be mailed to:  Diocese of Worcester, Attn: Deacon Bill White – Catholic Scouting 49 Elm Street Worcester, MA 01609Scouts will be presented their awards by Bishop McManus on Saturday 4/25/15 at the 4pm Mass @ The Cathedral of Saint Paul in Worcester.


ADULT AWARDS...Please nominate an adult who stands out in service/dedication to Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, or American Heritage Girls by 3/1/15.  Click on the award below and then send the completed form to the address above. Bronze Pelican & St. George Awards for B.S. and St. Elizabeth Anne Seton/St. Anne for G.S./AHG.
